If you are ever having problems with your video card and you need to update the bios on your video card. Here is how to do it.

find your new bios on this website
https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?architecture=&manufacturer=&model=&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since=

Make a bootable usb and put the following files on it:
1. your new bios, should be called *.rom, example asus.rom
2. unzip the nvflash.zip and put those files on the usb

Restart your computer on the pcie video as default, and usb as boot, the nvflash should load,

Type in: nvflash asus.rom

if might get a locked error, if so type in: nvflash --protectoff

then try again and type: nvflash asus.rom

that's it! don't forget to make a backup of your gpu rom, using gpu-z program
If you need to make a bootable usb, use this program
HPUSBDisk.exe
You should then run the HP USB utility you just downloaded and check off the "Create ms-dos disk" option and then find your dos system files you just found and enter that location into the bottom data entry portion. HIt start and then you should be done. A fully Bootable DOS environment you can take wherever you want
